Initial Recreation Therapy Assessment (90 min) $125
A structured assessment designed to understand each individual as a whole person and create a foundation for personalized recreation therapy services. Together with the individual and caregiver, we explore meaningful leisure history, current strengths and abilities, barriers to participation, and emotional, cognitive, and physical considerations.
Through collaborative goal setting, we identify short- and long-term goals that guide individualized, outcome-focused services designed to support engagement, independence, confidence, and quality of life.
60-minute Recreation Therapy Session $75
A personalized in-home session designed around each individual’s interests, abilities, routines, and goals. Activities may include cognitive stimulation, gentle movement, creative projects, games, meaningful conversation, hobbies, and life-enriching activities within the comfort of home. Each session is thoughtfully tailored with the individual and caregiver to promote engagement, independence, confidence, and overall well-being.
90-Minute Recreaton Therapy Session $110
A personalized visit or community outing designed to support independence, connection, and engagement beyond the home. Transportation is provided to a meaningful destination chosen based on the individual’s interests, abilities, and goals. Outings may include visits to parks, cafés, community events, shopping areas, cultural spaces, or other preferred activities. Each experience is thoughtfully planned to encourage confidence, social connection, physical activity, and participation in the community.
Therapeutic Respite (2+ hours) $65/hour
A flexible, personalized support service designed to provide meaningful engagement for individuals while offering caregivers valuable time to rest, recharge, or attend to other responsibilities. Sessions are tailored to the individual’s interests, abilities, and goals and may include cognitive activities, gentle exercise, creative projects, hobbies, community activities, life skills, or social connection. With a therapeutic recreation approach, each session promotes confidence, independence, and quality of life while providing caregivers with peace of mind knowing their loved one is supported by a trusted professional.
