I’m Claire Leitch, CTRS, a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist dedicated to helping individuals and families build connection, confidence, independence, and quality of life through meaningful activities and community engagement.
Whether supporting someone living with dementia, a brain injury, a disability, social isolation, or the challenges of aging, I provide personalized, strengths-based support tailored to each person’s goals, interests, and abilities.
I believe everyone deserves opportunities to experience purpose, belonging, creativity, and joy. Through recreation therapy, community inclusion, caregiver support, and creative programming, I help people discover and maintain meaningful ways to connect, participate, and thrive.
